<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-detection device capable of detecting the components of projected light with high accuracy at all times independently of the brightness of background light. SOLUTION: A photo-detection device has a photoelectric converting element 2, a transistor 1 with its source connected to the photoelectric converting element 2 for making an optical current generated in the photoelectric converting element 2 flow, an inverting amplifier 12 with its input side connected to the connection part between the photoelectric converting element 2 and the transistor 1 to amplify an output signal from the photoelectric converting element 2, a signal storage circuit provided between the source gates of the transistor 1 to store a signal corresponding to the optical current, and a switching element placed between the output side of the inverting amplifier 12 and the gate of the transistor 1.</p> |
