<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield, without entailing high cost and a throughput decrease by using the pattern of the same pixel region for all display devices and using the same pattern for scanning line drive circuits and signal line drive circuits according to their right and left, and upper and lower positions. SOLUTION: The patterns of pixel regions 21 are identical for all 1st to 4th display devices 11 to 14. For the 1st and 2nd display devices 11 and 12 having scanning line drive circuits positioned at the left parts of the pixel regions 21, a 1st scanning line drive circuit 31 is used and for the 3rd and 4th display devices 13 and 14, having scanning line drive circuits positioned at the right parts of the pixel regions, a 3rd scanning line drive circuit 33 is used. For the 1st and 4th display devices 11 and 14 having signal line drive circuits positioned below the pixel regions 21, a 1st signal line drive circuit 41 is used and with respect to the 2nd and 3rd display devices 12 and 13, having signal line driving circuits positioned above the pixel regions 21, a 2nd signal line drive circuit 42 is used.</p> |
