PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogenously porous oxygen concentration measuring sensor manufacturable by a reproducible method. SOLUTION: A measuring sensor 10 is provided with an insulating layer 60 and a heating device 50 for a measuring sensor 10 for determining the oxygen concentration in an internal combustion engine exhaust gas. In this case, a mixture consisting of barium oxide and/or strontium oxide and/or a compound generating an oxide of this kind by thermal treatment and aluminum oxide is sintered.
