PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recording speed by increasing a voltage to be impressed on a magnetic head. SOLUTION: A transistor Q20 and a transistor Q21 are connected to transistors Q1, Q2 respectively using current mirror circuits constituted of transistors Q3, Q4 and transistors Q5, Q6 as the loads, so that the connecting directions of their biases and emitters are opposite. As the result, when the reverse bias voltage is impressed between the base-emitter of the transistors Q1, Q2, the transistors Q20, Q21 become in the states of forward bias, then the reverse bias voltage impressed between the base-emitter of the transistors Q1, Q2 is dropped to the forward bias voltage between the base-emitter of the transistors Q20, Q21.
