PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful consumption of flux and to downsize facilities. SOLUTION: In a process of rolling a tube substrate 1A having closed cross sections by bending and deforming a band-shaped metal plate 10 at multiple stages by using a molding roll, only portions to be bonded, of the metal plate 10 are coated with viscous flux 40, and the tube substrate 1A is heated in a heating furnace, to thereby braze and bond the portions to be bonded. Thus, wasteful consumption of the flux 40 can be eliminated. Further, coating of the flux can be carried out through a molding line, which realizes minituarization of facilities.
