PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cooking time, to enhance an efficiency of a cooking performance, to conduct an energy conservation and to reduce in size a heating cooker in the cooker having electrothermal radiation heating and a magnetron. SOLUTION: The air supplied into a heating chamber 1 forcibly supplied and exhausted by an air supply means and an exhaust means with heated air generated by utilizing part of the chamber 1 and excess heats of a waveguide 19 and magnetron 18. Thus, since food 9 can be uniformly, rapidly and effectively heated without cooling, its cooking time can be shortened, cooling characteristics are enhanced in efficiency and a large energy conservation can be obtained.
