PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a treating time before safety inspection by burning remaining gas in a reservoir tank while holding to a predetermined pressure and less, gradually filling nitrogen gas after reducing pressure to the nearly atmosphere, generating mixing gas to burn to a nonflammable range, leading air to the atmospheric pressure after evacuation, and removing a main valve and the like. SOLUTION: A drain discharge valve 3 and a throttle valve 4 are opened, a sprinkler pump 9 is operated, LP gas 21 in a reservoir tank is burnt and treated by a waste gas burner 6, pressure in the reservoir tank 1 is reduced to the nearly atmospheric pressure. A nitrogen gas supplying valve 13 and a pressure reducing valve 11 are opened for generating and burning mixing gas 23, and nitrogen gas 22 is supplied into the reservoir tank. During the period, a burning operation is continued by the waste gas burner. When nitrogen gas is supplied to a constant rate or more, the burning operation is stopped by mixing gas. The pressure reducing valve 11 and a pressure regulating valve are opened, nitrogen gas is forcibly supplied to a venturi pipe with constant pressure, and thereby, pressure in the reservoir tank becomes negative pressure. When the valve 14 is opened, outside air is sucked, and pressure in the reservoir tank is returned to the atmospheric pressure. In this condition, accessories in the reservoir tank including the valves 13, 14 can be removed.
