PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively obtain the signal of a sample ion from which noise is properly removed by separating the part not changed to scanning frequency from the part changed thereto, performing a two-dimensional reverse Fourier transformation, and then determining the difference between the spectra. SOLUTION: A high vacuum part 24 is evacuated to a high vacuum by an exhaust pump 19, and a lens 20 that is an ion optical system, a deflector 21, and an ion trap type mass spectrometer 22 that is a mass spectrometric part, and a detector 23 are arranged therein. The ion introduced into the high vacuum part 24 is converged by the lens 20 and the deflector 21, orbitally corrected, and introduced into the ion trap mass spectrometer 22. A buffer gas such as helium or nitrogen is introduced into the ion trap type mass spectrometer 22 from the outside. The ion introduced into the ion trap type mass spectrometer 22 is mass-separated, drawn to the direction of the detector 22, and measured by the detector 23. The measurement data is processed in a data processing part 35 and displayed as a mass spectrum.
