The circuit system includes an overload-over voltage protection circuit, an EMB filter circuit, a resonant circuit, a voltage stabilising circuit, an AC-DC rectifier circuit, a vehicle DC input charge protection circuit, an AC filter circuit, a detection circuit and an automatic current interruption system. The supply voltage is in the range between 110 and 240 V AC. The AC current is processed by the EMB filter. The voltage stabilising circuit is formed by a transistor. In or output signals are established on the basis of the wave curve of the resonant circuit. Reverse voltage protection is provided. The detection circuit establishes whether or not the battery is completely charged and the charge is controlled accordingly, with LEDs indicating the charge condition.
