PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation unit and an air conditioner that can reduce thermal loss due to ventilation and can effectively perform ventilation according to an air-conditioning load. SOLUTION: A ventilation unit 2 is provided with a first heat exchanger 15 for ventilation being arranged at an outflow passage, a first blowing fan 21 that is arranged at the outflow passage and allows indoor air to flow from an indoor side to an outdoor side, a second heat exchanger 18 for ventilation that is arranged at an inflow passage for allowing the fresh air to flow from the outdoor side to the indoor side, and a second blowing fan 22 that is arranged at the inflow passage. Then, a compressor 11, an outdoor heat exchanger 13, the first heat exchanger 15 for ventilation of the ventilation unit 2, indoor heat exchangers 17A-17C, and the second heat exchanger 18 for ventilation of the ventilation unit 2 are annularly connected to compose a refrigerant circuit. |
