摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assess the optical environment in a continuous space by calculating the illuminance change of a moving route set in a building, and displaying the illuminance assessment result with an optical environment assessment index based on the illuminance change. SOLUTION: The layout of each floor continuous space of a building is inputted, and the position and brightness of light sources installed in the continuous space are set. The date and time, weather, longitude and latitude are inputted, the position of the sun light source is set, a route input screen is displayed, and a moving route in the continuous space is displayed from a moving route input means, thus illuminance assessment is made by an illuminance assessment means. A curve processing is applied to convert the polygonal line inputted via a mouse into a curve, the illuminance in each floor continuous space is calculated, the illuminance change on the previously set moving route is calculated, simulation is made with the index data based on the illuminance change, illuminance assessment in each floor continuous space is made, and the result is displayed on a display screen.
