PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a battery of a different maker of the battery and to place the battery even in a cabin by arranging an exhaust part in a case main body capable of sealing/housing the whole battery, and arranging a catalyst for forming steam by oxidizing gaseous hydrogen generated from the battery housed in the case body in the exhaust part. SOLUTION: Gaseous hydrogen in a case body 2 is introduced to a catalyst 4 to be oxidized to become steam to be exhausted outside the case body 2 from an exhaust part 3 to thereby almost completely prevent leakage of the gaseous hydrogen to the outside of the case body 2 since the case body 2 seals/ houses the whole battery 1, so that the battery 1 can be placed in a cabin. The catalyst 4 is arranged in the case body 2 for sealing/housing the whole battery 1, and since an external appearance standard of the battery 1 is not so different since it is not constituted so as to be installed by screwing-in, even if a maker of the battery 1 is different, the battery can be easily housed in the case body 2.
