PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a relay in a small size and enhance the heat radiating performance of the relay. SOLUTION: An internal terminal 140a positioned inside a relay and connected electrically to a stationary contact, movable contact and electromagnetic coil, external contact terminals 141a and 142a connected to an external electric circuit, and an outer coil terminal 143a are formed in a single piece through press working, and resin molding is applied to the internal terminal 140a so that a board 150 of the relay is accomplished, and the external contact terminals 141a and 142a and outer coil terminal 143a are extended in the direction parallel with the surface 150b of the board 150. This allows thinning of the board 150 and an increase in the heat radiation amount from the board 150, which permits enhancing the heat radiating performance of the relay while its construction is miniaturized.
