PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech system for multiple dwelling house by which convenience in call and response is enhanced. SOLUTION: This speech system consists of a house information panel A that is installed in a plurality of houses, a lobby interphone B that is placed in a common entrance and can make a speech with each house information panel A, and an alarm monitor panel C that sets the house information panel A called by the lobby interphone B. The alarm monitor panel C is provided with an interlocking setting storage means presetting the house information panels A operated in interlocking with each other and when the house information panel A set by the interlocking setting storage means is called by the lobby interphone B, the other house information panel A set for interlocking is called.
