PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency component that sufficiently utilizes the advantage of a low surface resistance that is a substantial property of a superconductor and can be used on an arbitrary dielectric board without caring about the effect of a boundary reaction. SOLUTION: Polyimide group resins 12a, 12b are respectively coated to the upper face and the lower face of a dielectric board 10 of the high frequency component 18. Bi-based 2212 phase superconducting thick films 16a, 16b as superconducting oxides formed on Ag boards 14a, 14b that are less reactive with the superconductor are respectively bonded to upper and lower faces of the dielectric board 10 by using the resins 12a, 12b. |
