PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent signal quality from being deteriorated by reducing an influence of stray light generated at a head of a separable optical system with respect to an optical storage device. SOLUTION: This optical storage device is provided with a separable optical system comprising a fixed part having a light source emitting a laser beam and a photo-detector and a movable part 8 which guides the laser beam guided from the fixed part to a storage medium and also has a reflecting mirror for guiding the light reflected from the storage medium to the photo-detector of the fixed part, a moving means for moving the movable part 8 along the storage medium in the direction of the optical axis of the laser beam passing between the fixed part and the movable part 8, and an anti-reflection layer which is arranged around an entrance window 20 of the movable part 8 through which the laser beam emitted from the fixed part and prevents the laser beam from being reflected toward the photo-detector of the fixed part, and the entrance window 20 is formed on a wall part, where the reflecting mirror of the movable part 8 can be accommodated so as to be enclosed, in a circular form and in such a size as the periphery of the entrance window 20 is also irradiated with the laser beam when it passes through the entrance window 20. |
