PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a code conversion circuit capable of insuring a normal operation even when delay time includes a delay element exceeding the one time slot of an input signal by generating a fast output signal after code conversion with plural slow signals after code conversion as inputs while mutually and logically operating the slow signals to synthesize. SOLUTION: A bit distributing part 21 receives a fast input signal IN and distributes it to slow signals in of N systems whose bit phases are mutually shifted. N pieces of code converters 22-1 to 22-N are provided in accordance with respective distributed low signals in of the N systems and respectively perform code conversion of corresponding slow signals. A bit synthesizing part 23 synthesizes N pieces of slow signals out after code conversion which are respectively outputted from N pieces of code converters 22-1 to 22-N with the slow signals out as inputs while mutually and logically operating them to generate a fast output signal OUT after code conversion. |
