PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability preventing the intrusion of water molecule into an element and lowering the heat generation of the element by providing predetermined-shaped magnetic substance members as an inductor arranged to that organic film is positioned inside and outside each other. SOLUTION: Magnetic substance materials are arranged in a hole carrier layer 5 on a hole injection layer 3. A lower electrode 1 is arranged under the magnetic substance materials 4a, 4c, 4e, but the lower electrode 1 is not arranged under the magnetic substance materials 4b, 4d, and a glass board 2 is provided through the hole injection layer 3. Connecting materials 6a, 6b electrically connected to the lower electrode 1 are provided over the magnetic substance materials 4b, 4d. The magnetic substance material and the lower electrode 1 are positioned opposite to each other in the vertical direction so as to functions as an inductor. Since a secondary coil for receiving the power supply and a rectifying circuit and included in the element, intrusion of the impure material such as water molecule and oxygen is prevented, and the deteriorating speed of the element is lowered so as to improve the characteristic and the lifetime of the element. |
