PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof structure of a housing, in which dust hardly infiltrates the housing, especially from the fastening part of the housing to spoil appearance or to affect the visibility of an indicating device. SOLUTION: A fastening piece 6 provided with a fastening part 5 which protrudes at an appropriate location of the periphery of a see-through plate 4 toward the side of a lower case. An engaging frame 8 with an engaging hole 7 is provided for a facing plate, corresponding to the fastening piece 6. The fastening piece 6 is inserted into the engaging hole 7 to have the fastening part 5 fasten to the lower end of the engaging frame 8. In addition, ribs R1 with narrow width are provided for the inner wall of an external frame 10, which is located in the front of the engaging piece 6, on both sides of locations, separated more widely than the width of the engaging frame 8. A rib R2 for connecting the ribs R1 is provided on the front side of the external frame 10 to form a barrier out of the ribs R1 and R2. In addition, a dustproof rib 12 is protruded more than the facing plate along the end edge of the external frame 10 provided for the see-through plate 4 except at the fastened location.
