CONTROLLER OF MOTOR GENERATOR FOR HYBRID VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a speed change shock of a speed change gear of a hybrid vehicle having an engine and a motor generator. SOLUTION: An engine 1 is connected to a speed change gear A/T 4 through a torque converter T/C 2. A motor generator M/G 3 is also connected to the speed change gear A/T 4. An ECU 100 prohibits changes in torque of the motor generator M/G 3 and keeps the torque constant, while the slip rate of the torque converter T/C 2 or the speed changing operation of the speed change gear A/T 4 is maintained. Thereby, the control oil pressure of the torque converter T/C 2 or of the speed change gear A/T 4 can be set to a value which is most appropriate to the input torque and thereby speed change shocks can be surely avoided.
