PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide immunoassay which is reduced of the influence of an interfering element. SOLUTION: In a method for measuring an object to be analyzed in a biological fluid sample, including a process bringing at least two kinds of immunoreactants (here one of the immunoreactants is labeled with an enzyme present in a form of a polymer or oligomer of the immunoreactant and enzyme) bonded to the object to be specifically analyzed, a process for combining the biological fluid sample with a crosslinked polymer binder of an enzyme used for labeling the immunoreactants and a different water soluble protein or a non-protein type natural, synthetic or semi-synthetic polymer or oligimer is included. |
