PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of reducing its cost and being easily and smoothly disassembled for recycle by making its inner box buildable with a heat insulating material, and also capable of reducing its power consumption through the stabilization of commodity temperature for a long period by preventing the deterioration of the heat insulating property of the heat insulating member caused by a secular change. SOLUTION: The commodity housing chamber 2 of this automatic vending machine 1 is formed of a sheeted metallic outer box 3. The internal surface of the commodity housing chamber 2 is formed by providing a heat insulating member 10 on the internal surface of the outer box 3. The heat insulating member 10 is constituted by providing a moisture-proof layer composed of a thin metallic sheet on the surface of a substrate composed of a formed material.
