PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a plating treatment for a brazing member to omit a plating treating treatment stage and to reduce a production cost by forming a hole to be formed at a cylindrical member so as to pass through this member and supplying and packing the brazing filler metal at the time of brazing not only from one direction but from directions as well into the through-hole of the cylindrical member. SOLUTION: The hole formed in the cylindrical member 8 in so formed as to through the cylindrical member 8 and the brazing filler metal is closely supplied into the cylindrical member 8 from both directions of the wire shape material insertion direction A and the other end direction B of the cylindrical member 8 with respect to the cylindrical member 8 in the state of inserting the wire shape material 9 into the cylindrical member 8. General silver solder 10 is used for the brazing filler metal. Ruggedness 11 for improving the adhesion property to the silver solder 10 and for preventing the dislodgment thereof is formed on the inside wall surface of the cylindrical member 8. On the other hand, the wire shape material 9 is provided with a slit 12 for allowing the intrusion of the cured brazing filler metal for obtaing anchoring effect. The connection by the silver solder 10 is executed by blowing gaseous nitrogen shutting off the air to the brazing part.
