PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely focus a focal point of an optical measurement device on a prescribed portion of a member. SOLUTION: A focal point of a microscope lens 32 is focused on a focusing index provided on an abutting face 36a of a pressor plate 36. The focal point of the lens 32 is focused on an end face 30a of a rod lens 30 abutting to the face 36a, by focusing the focal point of the lens 32 on the index provided on the abutting face 36a. The focal point of the microscope lens 32 is easily focused on the end face 30a of the rod lens 30 by this manner even when the focusing is difficult directly in such a case as a flaw, dust or the like does not exist or is not deposited on the end face 30a of the lens 30.
