PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double mass torsional damper device mounted on rotating shafts such as the crank shaft of a vehicle engine, to reduce torsional and bending vibrations, and excellent in durability and reliability. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 14 is coaxially formed by folding work, and also an annular flange part 16 extending to an outer part in a radius direction from the cylindrical part 14 is formed on a disklike damper hub 12 fixed to a rotating shaft such as a crank shaft to be rotated integrally. A first annular rubber member 18, composed of a disklike rubber part 18a and a cylindrical rubber part 18b, is made to vulcanizably adhere over the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 14 and one side surface of an annular flange part 16, to make a first inertia ring 20 having large inertia moment vulcanizably adhere to the member 18. A second annular rubber member 22 is made to vulcanizably adhere to another side of the flange part 16, to make a second inertia ring 24 having small inertia moment vulcanizably adhere to the member 22.
