PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber radio access system corresponding to ISDN, where the efficient transmission means of a B channel packet signal can be supplied, a line containing a radio transmission line can effectively be used and an economic system can be constructed, and to provide a B channel packet transmission method. SOLUTION: In a subscriber radio access system 300 corresponding to ISDN, a radio transmission means is applied to a part of or all subscriber lines connecting an exchange and subscribers. The information transmission mode of a call generated from subscriber terminal equipment and an exchange station is identified to be a line exchange mode or a packet mode. When it is the packet mode, a common packet channel used in common to the respective subscribers for transmitting the packet is allocated.
