PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-thin speaker whose maximum output is increased, that has a wider and flat effective vibration frequency band without an abnormal vibration sound at a low manufacture cost. SOLUTION: A yoke disk 3 is provided in a hole at a prescribed position of a cover 1, a sound ring 4 is adhered to a lower side of a diaphragm 2 in advance and integrated in the cover 1 together with the diaphragm 2, and the sound ring 4 is assembled around a magnet 5. Then an auxiliary diaphragm 21 is adhered to a surface of the diaphragm 2, and a surface shape of the diaphragm 2 is matched with that of the auxiliary diaphragm 21, and the auxiliary diaphragm 21 is made of a sponge, a cloth, paper, paperboard, insulation cloth or the like.
