PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrationproof coupling which is better in vibrationproof performance than a conventional coupling and besides can lower the manufacture cost. SOLUTION: An elastic body 7 is made between the opposed faces of the opposed parts of first and second flange plates 3 and 5. The flange plates 3 and 5 are arranged so that the mount 3b of the first flange plate 3 and the mount 5b of the second flange plate may not oppose each other. The elastic body 7b is made so that the section not joined with the elastic body 7 may not exist between the opposed faces of the opposed parts 3a and 5a of the flange plates 3 and 5.
