INFORMATION ROUTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a symmetrical framework with respect to filtering and binding of information in a network on the basis of an information hierarchy by an active network framework and ontology. SOLUTION: An inquiry from an information requester is directly routed to a related information source and contents from an information provider are delivered to a destination that shows its interest in the information. An inquiry packet and a contents packet while being moved in a network can carry commands executed in an active network node in which the packets are encountered. Each active network node has an ontology instance tree relating to the contents and the inquiry and each ontology instance tree includes data from the contents packet and the inquiry packet.
