<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily diagnose the operation of plural equipment such as a hygienic washing device and a hot water supplier or first and second kinds of hygienic washing devices having different control programs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an outside system which can communicate with a control means, and the outside system is provided with an information reading commanding means 12 for commanding the reading of information necessary for diagnosing the operation (abnormality) of equipment from the memory of the control means and the transmission of the information to the outside system to the control means and a diagnostic means 15 for receiving the information from the control means and for diagnosing the operation of the equipment. Also, this outside system can communicate with the first control means of the first equipment and the second control means of the second equipment, and the information reading commanding means 12 includes a first information reading commanding means for commanding to the first control means and a second information reading commanding means for commanding to the second control means.</p> |
