<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer whose sensitivity can be adjusted by a sensor single body and whose accuracy is high. SOLUTION: In this accelerometer 1A, an acceleration detecting element 2 is arranged inside an insulating case 3. External extraction electrodes 33, 34 which are connected to the acceleration detecting element, a trimming resistance 4 and external extraction electrodes 35, 36 which are connected to both ends of the trimming resistance 4 are formed on the surface of the insulating case 3. The trimming resistance 4 is a film-like resistor which is formed by a printing operation. By having the resistance 4 laser-trimmed, the sensitivity of the accelerometer 1A can be adjusted.</p> |
