PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain vibration-isolating performance which will not change against any installation attitude for an optical disk drive which can be assumed to be used at various installation attitudes. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a 1st damper (gel damper) 10, which supports an optical deck part 1 principally and has high hardness and small attenuating capability and a 2nd damper (oil damper) 6, which attenuates external vibration principally and has low hardness and large attenuating capability between the optical deck part 1 for recording and reproducing an optical disk and a housing 8, and can keep the attitude offset small and maintain attenuation performance of the dampers high, even when the attitude of the optical disk drive changes, so that identical vibration-isolating performance can be secured at whatever attitude.
