PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration characteristic and to simplify and miniaturize structure by selecting a desired tray from plural trays, opening the tray which selects a dimension required for placing a disk on the tray at the time of loading the disk and preparing an opening means and a leg opening means with the same member. SOLUTION: When a tray 4 is designated at the time of loading, first, second and third cam gears 9, 12 or the like are turned, a disk 3 is transferred up to the upper or lower side of the tray 4 in a position where the disk 3 is transferable to the designated tray 4. Fourth and fifth cam gears are turned, both end part sides of the designated tray 4 are moved downward with the fourth and fifth cam gears, and the middle part of the tray 4 is opened by a dimension capable of inserting the disk 3. The disk 3 inserted from a disk inserting inlet is directed to a back surface plate with a roller and transferred into a casing body. Since a roller at the tip end of a lever 6 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the disk 3 during transfer, the disk 3 is directionally changed in the direction of the tray 4 and housed into the tray 4.
