PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the freedom in piping for reducing the danger of explosion following hydrogen-oxygen mixture and freely controlling a cooled area with cooling medium. SOLUTION: This system includes a solid polymeric fuel cell stack 29 using a solid polymeric electrolytic film as an electrolyte, a temperature/humidity convertion part 11 for putting oxidant gas after passing through a cell reaction part in contact with oxidant gas before passing through the cell reaction part via a water retentive porous material to accomplish heat exchange and humidity exchange and a plate having at least one type of communication through passage for fuel gas, oxidant gas and cooling medium, the solid polymeric fuel cell stack 29 and the temperature/humidity conversion part 11 being formed in one unit via the plate. A supply pipe 31 and a discharge pipe 38 for oxidant gas and supply pipes 33, 34 and discharge pipes 37, 39 for fuel gas and cooling medium are provided on the end face of the temperature/humidity conversion part 11 opposite to a plate contact face and on the end face of the solid polymeric fuel cell stack 29 opposite to the plate contact face, respectively. |
