PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To duplicate a large quantity of prescribed information in a short time and at a low cost by preparing a disk-like recording medium having a magnetic track and a reproducing exclusive track recording prescribed information by plural recessed parts, a reproducing head part, a magnetic head, a head positioning mechanism part and a controller. SOLUTION: When information in a reproducing exclusive track 6 is reproduced, reflected light is received into a PD by changing intensity depending on the existence of a pit 7 in the reproducing exclusive track 6. Reproduced signals are outputted to an R circuit with the PD based on light receiving intensity. When information is recorded, a relative positional deviation between the reproducing exclusive track 6 and a magnetic track 9 is detected at the time of loading a recording medium, an off-track quantity in the reproducing exclusive track 6 at the time of positioning the magnetic track 9 in on-track is recorded. Information is preliminarily recorded in the reproducing exclusive track 6 with the pit 7. Since the magnetic track capable of magnetically recording and reproducing is provided, individual information for users is added or changed and illegal copying is prevented. |
