PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary fixing device for a movable piping member of light weight and low cost. SOLUTION: A fixing piece 8 is projected outside so that a bridging member 5 can be detachably attached across the movable part by avoiding the movable mechanism. The attachment of the bridging member 5 can temporarily fix a case body 2 and its removing can move a connecting body 2 again. The bridging member can be manufactured into a small size, only having enough length for pinching the movable part, so that the product weight including the temporary fixing device is reduced and the production cost and the carrier cost can be suppressed. The ball body 3 and a slide pipe 4 bear the rotation and the expansion mechanism respectively so that two or more bridging members can surely and temporarily fix the rotation and the expansion.
