PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure which can reduce vibration of a timing belt easily without remarkably increasing cost. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral surface of an outer ring 13 serves as a belt laying part 16, with outer ring 13 rotatably arranged through a bearing 12 on an inner ring 11 fixed to an engine E by means of a bolt. A projected line extended obliquely in a circumferencial direction is formed along the surface of the belt laying part 16. Distribution of intensity of tensile force of a timing belt 4 is always varied in widthwise direction of the belt, by shifting the contact position between the projected line 17 and the timing belt 4 accompanied with the rotation of the outer ring 13. Resonance of cord vibration is thus disturbed for preventing its growth to intensive vibration.
