PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the filter highly stable to vibration and impact and small in loss by fixing a dielectric resonator by screwing a resonator fixing screw into a through-hole after leading a tip part of the dielectric resonator into the through-hole of a hollow resonator fixing plate and fixing the resonator fixing plate with a casing by screwing a fixing plate fixing screw into the through-hole. SOLUTION: A high frequency filter is constituted by arranging the resonator fixing plate 3 and a spacer 6 by laminating them on the top surface and the bottom surface of the metal casing 1. The through-hole with the same size as the one opened on the spacer 6 is opened for fixing the resonator fixing plate on the metal casing 1 at four corners of the spacer 6 and the through-hole for fixing the dielectric resonator 2 on the resonator fixing plate is provided from outer periphery to inner periphery of the resonator fixing plate. The through-hole with the same size as the one opened on the spacer 6 is opened on the top surface of the metal casing 1. The dielectric resonator 2 is fixed by leading the tip part of the dielectric resonator 2 into the through-hole and screwing the resonator fixing screw into the through-hole from the side.
