PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault report system where a notice destination is revised for each fault and a point of the fault can be confirmed by a voice message. SOLUTION: A report means 24 makes a phone call to a notice destination telephone number with highest priority stored on a 1st line of an address directory in use by using a VOICE MODEM 4 on the basis of information of the address directory of a report destination ranked for each fault content. When the arrival of an incoming call is confirmed, voice data for each of fault contents are transmitted from a voice data storage section 34 by using the VOICE MODEM 4. When it is confirmed that a # button at a notice destination is depressed consecutively twice during voice data transmission or after transmission, a confirmation message is sent by using the VOICE MODEM 4, the phone communication is interrupted and the report is made complete. Thus, a fault report in voice is attained in the order of ranking by fault contents. |
