PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cold draft of a window surface in a winter season by providing a heater for heating the draft sucked from a suction port, exhausting the heated air from an air outlet into a room, and providing an oblique plate for guiding the draft to a perimeter counter at the port. SOLUTION: A perimeter counter 20 is disposed from a window surface 30 toward an indoor side. A suction port 21, a heater 22 and an air outlet 23 are provided at the counter 20. An oblique plate 25 is fixed to a position where a cold draft 35 is collided with the counter so that its upper end 25a is brought into contact with the surface 30 and its lower end 25b is mounted at an end 32a of an indoor wall 23 of a spandrel wall 31 in the port 21. When the plate 25 is thus provided, a collision of the draft at an upper part of the counter 20 is alleviated, and hence the draft 35 does not laterally flow, but is smoothly guided to the port 21. Thus, a capturing efficiency of the draft 25 including its induction is high, and no cold air laterally flows. Therefore, comfortableness can be improved. |
