PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can efficiently dry liquid without being accompanied with drop of the spray pressure of the liquid, and a spray drier suitable for this method. SOLUTION: This is a method of condensing a pressure-sent undiluted solution by a filtering film, and spraying and drying the condensed solution, and this is spray method which fulfills Pi=Pd+Pb, Ps=Pi-ΔP, Pm>=Pd, and Pb>0 when defined that the spray pressure is Ps kg cm2, that the pressure of the sent solution entering the filtering film is Pi kg/cm2, that the pressure resistance at the time of the sent solution passing the primary side of the filtering film isΔP kg/cm2, that the breakdown strength of the film is Pm kg/cm2, the pressure difference between the primary side and the secondary side of the filtering film is Pd kg/cm2, and that the back pressure of the film permeating solution is Pb kg/cm2. This spray drier has an undiluted solution tank 1, a pressure pump 2, a filtering film device 4,a spray drier 7, a back pressure valve 4a, and a solution sending line 12. The solution sending line 12 connects the above apparatuses in order, and the spray drier has a spray nozzle 6, and a condensed solution outlet 4b and a filtered solution discharge port 4b are installed severally.
