PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the amount of power consumption for an electrical equipment. SOLUTION: When a power source of the electrical equipment is turned on, it is discriminated as to whether or not a budget for a power fee is already set. When the budget is not set, the budget is input and the received budget is stored in a nonvolatile memory 4a. The amount of consumed power is measured by a power-measuring circuit 2. A used power fee is calculated from the measured amount of consumed power and a predetermined unit power fee. The balance of the budget is obtained by subtracting the used power fee from the input budget or a read balance of the budget, and this is displayed on a display device 6.
