PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension capable of accurately regulating a relative position between a loading beam and a flexture. SOLUTION: In a suspension 20, equipped with a loading beam 21 and a flexture 22, a first reference hole 51 of a circular shape is formed at a position near one end of the flexture 22, while a second reference hole 52 of an oval shape is formed at a position near the other end of the flexture 22. In the loading beam 21, a first burring hole 61 is provided at a position corresponding to the first reference hole 51, while a second burring hole 62 is provided at a position corresponding to the second reference hole 52. The burring holes 61, 62 are respectively provided with flanges 63, 64 on the inner circumferential edge. With the loading beam 21 and the flexture 22 superposed in the thickness direction, their relative position is regulated by fitting the flanges 63, 64 to the reference holes 51, 52.
