PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge a function display at a glance when the attitude is changed in use and to prevent spoiling of the design of a product by allowing a rotor to invariably keep a constant attitude against gravitational force via a weight provided on it, and allowing a stator to operate a switch when it is pressed by the rotor and deformed. SOLUTION: A stator 3 is pinched by a printed board 4 and a panel 1 and is partially exposed from the hole of the panel 1, the stator 3 is provided with an elastically deformable thin section 3c, and a post 3b extends toward a switch 5 fixed to the printed board 4. A rotor 2 is rotatably supported on the stator 3 and is locked on the hook 3a of the stator 3, and it is provided with a display section 2a for a function display at a portion exposed on the outside of the stator 2. The rotor 2 is provided with a weight 2b and is invariably rotated so that the weight 2b is located below, then the switch is operated when the rotor 2 presses the stator 3. The display section 2a is invariably kept in the same attitude regardless of the installation attitude.
