PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To understand the first calling at a glance by holding a display window corresponding to a first received calling signal while blinking is performed until an elimination signal is issued when one or more display windows exist. SOLUTION: When a fixed display receiver 1 has at least one or more display windows, a display window corresponding to a first received calling signal is held while flashing is performed until an elimination instruction is issued. The display window in this case means windows 11 and 21 where display is turned on or blinked. And, among display windows, only the windows 11 and 21 corresponding to the first calling are blinked, and the other windows 11 and 21 are turned on. Elimination instructions to the windows 11 and 12 for the first calling are issued by such a manner that oscillators 5 to 7 transmit an elimination signal, etc., and when the display is eliminated (switched off), only the windows 11 and 21 for calling to be the first calling are changed so as to blinked. Then, this system consequently makes the calling order clear, too.
