A container consists of a flat base (1) which can be attached to a surface (A) and has a standard opening system, and a domed cover (2) which fits over and conceals the base. The base and cover are made from metal, and the cover can be decorated and/or carry instructions. The container base can be attached to a suitable backing, garment or bag e.g. by a magnet, adhesive pad or pin fastener (4).
