PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by manufacturing a plate type heat exchanger by employing one kind of plates molded with pressing and laminating the same. SOLUTION: A heat transfer plate 10 having a continuous uneven surface 12 is formed such that a flat surface configuration is formed into a circular configuration or a polygonal configuration overlapped by rotation by 90 degree, and open holes 15, 16 are formed at a radial position separated by a 90 degree interval from the center of the heat transfer plate 10 with a protruded edge 17 formed on the one open hole 16. The heat transfer plate 10 is rotated by 90 degree to permit the protruded edge 17 to be inserted into the open hole 15 and overlapped thereon by a predetermined number of layers.
