PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a demonstration effect by providing an air inlet and an air outlet for indoor ventilating flow separately at a predetermined distance on a wall or a ceiling of an air conditioning space of a residence, installing a fine yarn between the inlet and the outlet with a slack, and mounting a plurality of floats at the yarn. SOLUTION: In the case of mounting the direction display accessory of a ventilating flow in a ventilating system having an air inlet 1, an air outlet 2, a suction pipe 9 and an exhaust cylinder, a fine yarn 3 is installed with a slack between the inlet 1 and the outlet 2 in one room. The yarn 3 to be used is preferably fine and light of the degree of floating at the flow, and is preferably, for example, a material having high transparency like a fishing line. A plurality of arrows 4 made of any of a material having a small specific gravity such as, for example, a sheet, cotton or a foamed polystyrene are mounted at the yarn 3 with paste, a cellophane tape or the like, disposed from the inlet 1 toward the outlet 2 to confirm positions of the inlet 1 and the outlet 2 and visually observe a direction of the flow.
