PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO sensor device which can detect surely anomaly of an amplification means, and prevent the generation of incorrect CO concentration output. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an amplification means 24 which amplifies CO sensor output and generates the CO concentration output. This device is provided further with an offset voltage changing means 25 which forcibly changes the offset voltage of the amplification means 24 to a lower level than usual. An abnormal amplification detection means 31 is provided which detects the anomaly of the amplification means 24 when the output from the amplification means 24 in which the offset voltage is changed by the offset voltage changing means 25 is under a specified value.
