<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute both the transmission and reception processing of a program or data and the interpretation processing of a program and the collection processing of state amounts without increasing the processing load of a processor. SOLUTION: A communication interface(I/F) part 10 of a network information processor 8 integrated into a control monitoring device 3 operates the transmission and reception processing of a program and data through a general communication network 5 with the outside part, and the interpretation and execution processing of the received program through a bus B1 is operated by a first arithmetic processing part 11, and the collection processing of state data related with an object 2 to be controlled and monitored through a bus B2 is operated by a second arithmetic processing part 12. Moreover, the network information processor 8 is provided with a shared operation processing part 17 to which access can commonly be performed by those first and second arithmetic processing parts for operating prescribed operation processing, and an arbitration processing part 18 for adjusting two independent accesses to those three processing parts according to the timing of access.</p> |
